From reading the wiki I have come to understand that when your torrent client finishes downloading a file Sonarr leaves it in the default download directory so it can continue seeding and copies it to the final destination, ending with 2 copies for a while. I'm using utorrent (build ). Right click torrent - set location - qbittorrent will move the files automatically. To be fair, that option should probably have been named "Move to ", since "Set location " makes it sound like you're just pointing the torrent at a new location to which you moved the torrents manually beforehand.
